Scott Lincicome
Scott Lincicome is the vice president of general economics at the Cato Institute and Cato’s Herbert A. Stiefel Center for Trade Policy Studies. He is also a senior visiting lecturer at Duke University Law School.
Prior to joining Cato, Scott spent two decades practicing international trade law at White & Case LLP. From 1998 to 2001, he was a trade policy research assistant at Cato; he became an adjunct scholar in 2013.
He has a bachelors in political science from the University of Virginia and a JD from the university’s School of Law.
