Diana L. Moss
Diana L. Moss is vice president and director of competition policy at the Progressive Policy Institute and adjunct faculty at the
University of Colorado at Boulder.
She was previously president of the American Antitrust Institute from 2015-2023. Before AAI, Moss served senior economist at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission where she coordinated the agency’s merger analysis and worked on landmark rule makings. She was named to the Global Competition Review’s Women in Antitrust in 2016 and again in 2021.
Moss earned her bachelor's from the University of New Mexico, her master's from the University of Denver, and her PhD in economics from the Colorado School of Mines.
