Steve Bainbridge has a post on this Florida Supreme Court case, which has started a major debate on revising the LLC charging order remedy.  This might sound a bit arcane, but it actually has significant consequences for the use of LLCs as an asset protection device.  For the full LLC background, see my earlier post and my article on the general problem.
