Pinar Akman
Pinar Akman is Professor of Law at the University of Leeds, specialising in competition law. She is also a judge at the Competition Appeal Tribunal, the UK’s specialist court for competition and economic regulatory matters. At Leeds, Pinar is a Director at the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on Digital Governance funded by the European Commission. She is also the Director of Staff Wellbeing, Support and Development. Formerly, she was the Director of the Centre for Business Law and Practice (2017-2020).
