Oscar Borgogno
Oscar Borgogno is a legal research officer with Banca d'Italia and a senior fellow with the GW Competition & Innovation Lab. He was previously also a teaching assistant for the course of markets, regulation and law at LUISS, Italy. He graduated with a degree in law from the University of Turin, earned a MSc in law and finance from the University of Oxford, and received his PhD in competition law and financial regulation from the University of Turin.
