J. Gregory Sidak

J. Gregory Sidak is founder and chairman of Criterion Economics Inc. and founding co-editor of Oxford University Press' Journal of Competition Law & Economics.

He formerly was a staff member of the President’s Council of Economic Advisers and was deputy general counsel of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Sidak has previously held academic positions at Yale University, Georgetown University, and the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research. Early in his career, he was the first law clerk to the Hon. Richard A. Posner of the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

He received his bachelor's and master's in economics and his JD all from Stanford University.
