Jim Van Dyke
Jim Van Dyke is senior vice president for innovation with TransUnion. He previously served as founder and CEO of several consulting groups focused on electronic commerce, financial services, security, and payments, including Javelin Strategy & Research, Futurion, and Breach Clarity. He also served on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Consumer Advisory Board.
He holds a bachelor's in management from San Jose State University and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
He holds a BS in management and an MBA, resides in the San Francisco Bay Area and is an avid bicyclist.

I feel that at least two important issues are being left out of the raging controversy over the cost of interchange. (At this point my readers are probably deciding if I’ll follow with a pro-merchant or pro-bank POV…but guess what: here comes one of each to make my point that we’re being a bit simplistic ...
