Michael Giberson
Michael Giberson is an economist now retired from Texas Tech University. He was previously on the faculty of Texas Tech's Rawls College of Business, where he taught U.S. energy policy and regulation, energy economics, and business economics. He has also worked at Potomac Economics, George Mason University, and the Argonne National Laboratory.
Michael received his bachelor's from Texas Tech University and his master's and Ph.D. in economics from George Mason University.
