Recommend you actually read and report on the agreement filed with the 8-K rather than simply reiterate the statement from the 8-K (without any attribution or citation whatsoever). have you really added anything, anything at all? p.s. i believe the margin over libor for drawn loans is misstated in the 8-K. it reads as 350 basis points over such reference rate.
