		<description><![CDATA[Sounds pretty interesting.  Can someone recommend a good book giving an overview of behavioral economics and the alternative to the rational actor model?

The biggest concern I have, at first glance, is whether the proponents of enhanced legislative intervention are properly accounting for the C-sub-f factor: the anticipated cost of Congress f***ing things up beyond all recognition.

In the limit case, where C-sub-f is high enough, this seems to reduce to the classical liberal case against intervention.]]></description>
