		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;d rather have $300+ million dollars than the unblemished adulation from millions of people that I will never see or meet.  I imagine that most CEOs feel the same way.

When Mr. Raymond is playing a round of golf (on Exxon&#039;s dime) does anyone honestly think that his peers are going to snub him?  It isn&#039;t going to happen at the $1000/plate benefit dinner either.  I imagine that shaming is only effective when the people that are shaming you belong in your peer group and the multi-millionaire set isn&#039;t likely to look down on someone for collecting a huge check.]]></description>
